Refund policy

Consumer guarantees. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply in addition to the warranty below.

1 year warranty. If your product has a defect within 12 months of delivery, contact us at sales@rocket-racks.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We will repair or replace the product, or refund you if it cannot be fixed. We will pay the reasonable cost of returning a faulty product. The warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear.

Change of mind. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and refund you in full, provided the product is unused, undamaged, clean and in its original packaging. If you ask after 14 days, or the product comes back used, damaged or dirty, we may deduct a 30% restocking fee. This applies only to change-of-mind returns, never to faulty products.
